Hercy B Is Over Party

Courtney spent a month in residency in an office upstairs at Phoenix, a local cinema and creative space. During the month the artist “went to work” at the office of Hercy B Enterprises, a fictional AI tech company that was recently the centre of a scandalous global data leak. Throughout the month she inhabited the character of Charlotte Ives, disgraced CEO of the company. Using science fiction and corporate references, she created an installation in the space over the course of the month-long performance as Charlotte Ives.

The space for this performance was provided by Phoenix and LCB Depot.
